Who else benefits?

As well as providing an opportunity for students to receive high-quality education, the school also seeks to provide employment for people from the local community. For example, local labourers have been employed and trained in building techniques while the school has been built and other staff now maintain the site.

There are plans to offer of DIY, farming, cookery, sewing and other classes in afternoons to nurture vocational skills within the local community when the morning academic classes have finished.

The school is incredibly well resourced, by Zambian standards, and as such, we want to bless other schools in the area by sharing the facilities. Others schools will use the computer lab to operate examinations and the Design and Technology rooms will be made available where possible.
