The results are in!


In December 2015 the year 9 students took their government end of year exams. We are pleased to report that they achieved a pass rate of 97.2%! Over 50% achieved the higher grade which is phenomenal. We want to say a big thank you to Martin and Karolyn Simbeye who head the school and to all the teachers who worked so hard.

In the light of these result


Work on the new Design Technology room starts.

The new container has just arrived with more equipment for the school. This container will become the new Design Technology room. It was full of very useful stuff – lots of classroom tables, lab stools, chairs and stationary as well as bits for the families.


Cream tea in aid of the Vinjeru School

Warblington School Teachers complete Tough Mudder Fundraising Event

Thank you to Springfield School!

The Springfield School in Drayton, Portsmouth (http://www.springfield.uk.net/) have donated science stools and a range of other items. In the picture is John Lomas, the Assistant Headteacher at the school along with Barry and Becky Gransden long-time supporters and advisers to the Vinjeru School In Zambia.

We are very grateful to Springfield School for their support. The students education at the Vinjeru school will be greatly enhanced in the future as a result of this gift.
